  In my experience ,Walmart may be the best place to satisfy you.I got my my contact AND glasses exam together for $99. There are also MANY stores online that sell prescription glasses cheaper. you need to know your Pupillary Distance and strength of your prescription .there will be a form for you to fill in these information .then the seller will choose lens fitting you .

  There are free eye exam in Walmart. You can have a look first. Usually an eye exam will cost us about $50, sometimes even more than that. As to the cheapest prescription contacts, I don't know. I am a current glasses user but I seldom use contacts because my eyes are too sensitive. But one day if you want to buy a pair of prescription glasses online, I suggest you to have a look at Firmoo. Their glasses are affordable. And there are also some online eyeglasses stores that can provide with very cheap glasses. But I doubt about their quality, so I never have a try. So I won't give you any suggestions. Good luck!

  Well, I suggest you to look for the free eye exam on the internet. Sometimes you can come across free eye exams provided by some eye doctors online. But the problem is that some of them are far away from your city. And a contact exam is more expensive than a regular eye exam. I just don't know whether these doctors will provide with free contact lens exams or not. So I suggest you to search for a free contact lens exam which is near your living place. Usually the contacts and glasses sold online are much cheaper than that sold in any physical shops. so I suggest you to have a look on the internet too. Good luck!

  Sweetie, if this is the first time you buy a pair of contact lenses, you must have a contact lens exam. A contact lens exam is different from a regular eye exam. During the contact lens exam, the doctor will measure the size of your eyeballs and give you some tests to see whether you are a good candidate for contacts or not. I know there are free eye exams while I don't know whether there are free contact lens exams or not. You'd better consult the stuff that works for walmart first. I suggest you to get the exam and contact lenses in walmart. The prices are much cheaper here than in other places. Hope this helped!
