There are some risk factors that can make you develop glaucoma easily. People with high eye pressure or thin cornea can easily develop glaucoma. These people who get high myopia, high blood pressure, or diabetes have a higher risk of developing glaucoma. Eye surgery or injury can also increase the risk of glaucoma. Some people who have a family history of glaucoma are likely to develop glaucoma. Age is another factor that can lead to glaucoma.
