Is spinach good for eyesight?

I just wonder if spinach is good for eyesigh. If it is, how can it improve our eyesight?

    Yes. spinach is good for eyesight. That's because Spinach contains the antioxidant lutein which can help reduce the risk of developing age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Besides, Spinach also contains vitamins C and E, B vitamins, omega-3, beta carotene which are very useful for maintaining eyesight. It has veen proved that Spinach can help prevent some diseases like cataracts. All in all, spinach is good for eyesight.

    Yes, spinach is good for eyesight. To protect the eyesight, you shall try to preventing macular degeneration because it is the most common cause of vision loss. While the spinach contains of Lutein which is paralytically used to decreases macular degeneration. So, it is very important to protect eyesight and goof for vision health.

    Spinach is rich in Lutein and Luteole, which are very good and healthy for Retinany and Lenticonus, which can help human-being to keep good eyesight and improve the eyes' condition, also it is very helpful to prevent old eye diseases.
