Well, generally speaking, dehydration will not cause the eye twitching. As we know that it is a condition that occurs when the loss of body fluids, mostly water, exceeds the amount that is taken in. when someone has dehydration, there are more water moving out of our cells and then out of our bodies than the amount of water we take in through drinking. In this way, our body can be disordered and in serious case, it can lead to death. But on the other hand, there is nothing to do with eye twitching. So you should not worry more about it. Just be careful about your body's condition and make your water supply be on balance.

Yeah, it may cause some eye disorders, just like the eye twitching. If your body lacks water, the eyes will feel dry and umcomfortable. Then the eyes nerves and eyeballs will not work in a normal state. The eye twitching may appear. In order to release this symptom, you can eat more food with vitamin C to moisture your eyes and use some eyedrops.

I am so sorry to hear that, well, according to your description, although it is not detailed, but we can still see that there must be some problems with your eyes. Indeed, dehydration will cause some eye disorders, maybe eye twitching is one of them. Since your eyes will not function properly without adequate water and moist enough. Therefore, you gotta look for some treatment and ways to get rid of such problems. If things remain bad, go to see a doctor.
