As usual, crying too much can not cause pink eyes, so just relax. After crying, if you find your eyes red, then it is possible caused by bloodshot and it will disappear after about one hour. Pls remember do not rub your eyes while crying, which is easier to have the pink eyes. As we all know that pink eyes are an infection that gets into ur eyes from dirt and bacteria. Meanwhile, there are two types, viral (from a virus) and bacterial (from bacteria). Of course, if the pink eyes stays with you long, which means it did not disappear after some hours after crying, then you should pay attention to your eyes, because it maybe the pink eyes. Nevertheless, I would definitely go to see a doctor so that they can prescribe u the right medicine for it because it is VERY contagious. I hoped this help you and good luck!

Although we say that the crying may help us eliminate the bacterium in the eyes, crying too much will make our eyes get other disease, like the pink eyes. Commonly the pink eye is the infectious conjunctivitis, also called outbreak. It is an acute infectious ophthalmia, divided into bacterial conjunctivitis and viral conjunctivitis according to different causes.Although the clinical symptoms are similar, the popular degree and harmfulness are based on viral conjunctivitis all the year round, especially in spring season. Many pink eyes are infected through contacting with eye disease, such as contacting patients with towel, face appliance, the tap water of swimming pool public toys and so on. The disease is often seen in the kindergarten school, hospital, factory and so on. You'd better not crying too much. Or else, the bacterium will unconsciously come into your eyes.
