Can a sinus infection cause other complications? The answer is YES.Why?Sinus infection make lower eyelids be hyperemia and result in blood circulation, thus could cause your eyes to swell. How to avoid it? Take exercise, Fatigue and Rest, dress appropriately, breath fresh air and avoid dry nose, do not always use nasal drip medicine. If there is something wrong with you,go to hospital.

Yes, the sinus infection may cause the eyes become swelled. Because the nose, throat and eyes are interlinked, the sinus infection may affect the normal work of eyes. Stimulating the eye nerves because of the weak immune system, the sinus infection will cause the swell eyes. Thus, you should firstly cure the sinus infection.

Yes, it can cause your eyes to swell. Generally speaking, when you have a sinus infection, there always is a small chance of an allergic reaction. And any symptoms that are new and potentially consistent with an allergic reaction need to be evaluated right away. A more serious allergic reaction might include swelling around they eyes or mouth, or trouble breathing. If you have the swelling around your eyes and have no other serious symptoms, I suggest you should go and see a doctor. On the other hand, if you have any of the other serious symptoms, or severe eyelid swelling, then you should go directly to the emergency room and not wait for an office appointment with your doctor.
