Both too weak and too much light will damage the eyes. As we know, the eyes normal working principle is like that of cameras. When the light comes into our eyes, the image of things we see may come into the front part of the corneal. That is why we see the things clearly. If the light is too weak, it will make the reaction of eye nerves intense. If the light is too strong, it will also make the eyes blurry. If doing this too many times, our eyes may get weak at the reaction to the things outside under the light.
