Can I get bags under your eyes from sleeping too much ?

I like sleeping ,haha. I often spend lots of time on bed. Is it possible that i will get eye bags because of too much sleeping?

    Yes, too much sleep can also lead to bags under your eyes. We have been told that lack of sleep can be related to the bags under eyes. But on the other hand, if you sleep too much, being in a prone position too long, it can cause fluid retention in the face, that look like bags. As we know that when the septum surrounding the eyeball weakens, it will lead to causing the outer layer of fat within the socket to sink forward. Then in this way, they can make it look like you have literal "bags" under your eyes. So you can alleviate this by sleeping with your head elevated. And to reduce the bag under eyes, you also can reduce your salt consumption, for salt causes your body to retain fluid. Besides, you can also put some cool ice or teabag on your eyes. in that way, it can relieve your symptom.

    That is a tricky question. Fist of all the answer is yes. It is possible that you will have eye bags if you sleep too much. Most people think that eye bags come after less sleep. Real eye bags come from age. It caused by sagging muscle and skin. In our daily life, eye bags are temporarily caused by unhealthy life style. Stay night will slow done body function which result in waste cumulation in blood. Therefore palpebras inferior swells and eye bags exists. On the other hand, if you sleep too much, organs of you body take rest together with your brain. So that everything of your body slows down. Thus, metabolism is not as active as it is when you are awake and energetic. Then extra water, fat and other substance stays and skin swells and eye bag exists. If you obverse carefully, you can figure out that not only your eyes but also your entire body swells after too much sleeping.
