Yes, lazy eyes can be hereditary. First you should know that lazy eyes, which is known as amblyopia, means that one eye has not developed normally and always has blurred vision. It is necessary to have one pair of glasses which doctor prescribe for you. Generally speaking, lazy eyes are caused by various conditions which can prevent the brain from using both eyes together. In some cases, the tendency for a lazy eye may be inherited. So lazy eyes are hereditary. There are many ways you can try to get rid of it. First, you can wear some glasses. In addition to glasses, there are three different approaches to the treatment of a lazy eye, such as patching alone, patching combined with surgery, and patching combined with vision therapy. Anyway, you can have a try.
