Unfortunately yes, latisse stimulates your eyelashes to grow longer, thicker and darker sometimes, it can darken your skin as well. When you place the latisse on your lower eyelashes, it would get on your lower skin around your eyes to cause dark circles. However, the good news is that the darkening is reversible. Once you have excess pigment on your skin you can use a lightening cream to speed the return to your natural skin color. Or by stopping use of the drops your skin will return to normal.
