Can vitamin d help prevent early age-related macular degeneration?

My friends always say that vitamin D can are good for eyes. It can also do good for eyes. So, what benefit can help my eyes? Can vitamin d help prevent early age-related macular degeneration?

    Vitamin D is important nutrition to strength bone and to cure cardiovascular disorder. It is mainly needed by infants and the senior. On the other hand, vitamin A is the very good staff for eyes. Vitamin A is also called retinol. It supports the growth and development of organs. It promotes the generation of protein and guarantee eyesight. Lacing of vitamin A may results in dry eyes and night blind. Animal livers, eggs and milk are rich of vitamin A. For vegetable and fruits, carrot, hot pepper, sweet potato and apricot are good carriers of vitamin A. They will do well for your eyesight. Referring to age-related macular degeneration, I think vitamin E will be helpful. It is known to all that vitamin E is anti-aging and seafood is rich of vitamin E.

According to a new study, we have known that high levels of vitamin D may be able to prevent or slow the process of macular degeneration. Boosting vitamin D intake could help to prevent age-related diseases, in particular loss of vision and blindness. Also, Vitamin D has anti-inflammatory properties, and inflammation has played a big part in macular degeneration. Vitamin D treatment also reduced numbers of cells called macrophages, which play a vital role in the immune system and can also trigger inflammation. So you can intake more foods which is rich with vitamin d. for example, you can eat more fish, such as catfish, eggs, and cod liver oil. Also, you should know that vitamin a is also important for eyes.
