What causes burning eyes in the morning?

In the morning, i feel my eyes burning. Why? Does that mean i lack of sleep?

If your work will ask you use computer in a long time, you need to eat some supplement or fruits which full of Vitamin A & B, and carotene. They are the necessary nutrients which would protect your eyes everyday. Carrot, Chrysanthemum tea, sesame, bean, milk and wheat germ are all the great choice for you. At the meantime, eyes massage will bring more comfort to your eyes. Eyes is very important organ to your life, with 80%'s information is absorbed by your windows of your heart. Long time eye use will cause vision problems such as myopia, glaucoma, cataract etc.

And then it can lead to some eye symptom, such as the dry eyes, burning eyes. So maybe you should have a good rest to relieve the situation. Also, it can be caused because your eyes are too dry. According to some experts, when your eyes are dry during the sleep, you will be possible to have burning eyes. So you can just take some eye drops to your eyes, so that it can moisten your eyes. And then the cool ice can be effective too.
