  Both of them require careful handling and cleaning, so contact lenses are as clear as glasses. We can compare them from many different aspects.   Well, according to my personal experience, contact lenses are much more clearer than conventional glasses. The reason is that by wearing conventional glasses, they will be dirty if not properly cleaned, thus your vision will be affected, on the other hand, contacts are attached to your eyes, so that you have perfect vision with contact lenses. However, contact lenses would sometimes give you some risks and side effects.

  Yes, contact lenses are absolutely as clear as glasses. Contact lenses in your eyes can make you see things as clear as glasses do. There is no definite answer to the question which one is better. But my answer is that the one suits you better is better. Just choose the one based on you habits and which one you'd like to use. Anyone you choose has the equivalent function in correcting vision.
