Well, generally speaking, weight loss can have effects on your sights. So you should be careful when you want to lose weight. And you should know that rapid weight loss and weight gain can affect your sugar levels, and then, when the sugar level decreases, it can directly affect your vision sight. Also, you should know that weight loss can lead to your eye bags. As we know that under eye bags are the result of accumulated fat in the eye area. When you have weight loss diet, you will eat less. In this way, your body will intake less nutrients like the vitamins and water. Finally, that has an effect on your eyes, and causes the eye bags. To treat the bags, you should eat foods high in antioxidant such as green leafy vegetables, artichoke heart, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, and walnut. Not exactly. Well, eyesight may be caused by many factors, also include weight loss. Sometimes you feel blurred vision just because of malnutrition because of losing weight. To keep good vision, do not stare computer or television in a long time or in a short distance. Everyday you can look some green like green grass, green tree which is good for your eyesight. And drinking plenty water and lemon that can let your eye much brighter. Vitamin C is also useful for eyesight.

Well, as far as I know, generally speaking, losing weight in a natural way would not affect your vision. However, sometimes, a lot of people try to lose weight by taking some pills, which could lead to some side effects on their body. In that way, their vision would be worsened. In the mean time, if you rate of losing weight is too fast, there is potential that you may suffer some problems including vision problems.
