It is not normal for you to feel hurt when you take the prescription eyeglasses off. It may be caused by your too much time of use of eyes in front of the computers. Your eyes may get the infection which could cause the painful feeling when you take off the eyeglasses. You'd better use some eye drops to release the symptom and go to see the doctor and have a full check.

Eh, I think there is something wrong with your eyes. Generally speaking, if one wears glasses in a long time or stare something or somewhere in a long time, then your eyes may feel strains and dry, what's worse, red eye may occur. But it rarely can occur pain. In my views, the most important factor that cause such sign just because your eyes already have some problems. What's more, the frame will cause nose feel pain for its long pressing, this may also affect the blood vessels circle normally around orbits which also may develop eye hurt. While the best option is to visit a doctor and take an examination, then determine the root cause for eye hurt.

It is not normal for us to feel painful after taking off our glasses. According to my knowledge, your hurt feelings might be resulted from an eye strain, or overuse of your eyes. Generally speaking, the feeling would go away soon, but if the situation remains, you need a doctor and find out what led to that and take measures.
