Does vitamin c help dark circles under eyes?

Can vitamin C work for dark circles under eyes? If so, can you tell me how to apply the vitamin C to help my dark circles?

    Well, looks like you are going to fix those dark circles with Vitamin C, so as a matter of fact, it would be effective. However, it would be more wise for you if you try to use vitamin A and E, which are of extreme help to your dark circles. Of course you can try vitamin C. Anyway, if you want to get rid of them once and for all, you need to change your lifestyle and make it healthier.
