How can i tell if my eyes are dilated?

What's the sign of dilated eyes? How can i judge it? Is it harmful?

    Well, generally speaking, there are some symptoms which you can check with your eyes. So that you will know if you have get dilated pupils or not. In common, when dilated pupils occur, the black part of the eye (the pupils) is bigger than normal. In other words, we can say that dilated pupils look like a big black circle. So just check it with your eyes. By the way, some factors, such as high blood pressure and anxiety can cause pupils to be dilated. Besides, drug use, illness, and trauma are other causes. So just be careful about it.

    Hello, pupil dilation is the increase of the size of the pupils. First, pupils are sensed by light-sensitive cells in the back of the eyes. There is a muscle tissue called the iris that expands and contracts to change the size of the pupils to allow more or less light into the eyes. So, the main reason pupils dilate is in dark areas. When you are in a dark area, the eyes will dilate to allow more light into the eye to provide as clear an image as possible to the brain.
