If your sore eyes are so serious and are caused by the infected things, it may cause your blindness. You should not ignore such little thing. You'd better go to the hospital to have a full check on the eyes to see whether there is the problem or infection. Then you should treat it as soon as possible.

Well, in my opinion, sore eyes can not lead to blindness, so you should not worry about it. Sore eyes are a common eye infection which can be caused by the allergies, and it affects many people. You should know that if your eyes are infected with sore eyes, the blood vessels in the eyes will darken. In some cases, itchy, dry and painful eyes in your eyes may occur. A clean and warm compress on the eyes, or an eye pack made from chilled cucumber slices may be very beneficial.
