Are fluorescent lights bad for my eyes?

  Well, as you can see, fluorescent light has got a lot of advantages which have made it quite popular around the world. However, you know that every coin has got two sides, which means that it is not perfect. As a matter of fact, every kind of light gives out harmful lights to our eyes if our eyes are constantly exposed to them, leading to a dramatic drop in our vision, dizzy feelings or something bad.

  I do not think it is good to expose naked eyes to fluorescent light. You know, fluorescent lights use a magnetic power line frequency ballast flicker at twice the supply frequency rather than give out a steady light. If you are exposed to fluorescent light for a long time, you may get migraines, feel dizzy and you cannot focus your attention on things.
