If you want to wash it clearly and professionally, you'd better bring it to the eyeglasses store and ask the clients there to wash it for you with the professional solution and professional machine. Such washing way will not harm your safety glasses. In addition, it will make the frame of the eyeglasses become more new from the look.

Well, first, you should know that safety glasses are primarily made from polycarbonate lens material, which is great for impact protection. But on the other hand, it is easy to scratch when improper cleaning techniques are used. So just be careful when cleaning them. First, you should clean then under cool water to remove debris and then drying with a soft cloth. And then you can spray with a can of compressed air, so that it can remove dust and other particles that may have accumulated. By the way, you can also wipe the lenses dry with a soft microfiber cloth to remove any streaks or cleaning solution residue. Anyway, just have a try.

It should be the same way to wash safety glasses and normal eyeglasses. Usually I just put the glasses in water to wash, with my fingers rubbing the frames tenderly. If the glasses are too dirty that only using water is not enough, I prefer to apply some neutral liquid soap. Put some liquid soap in my wet palm, use my finger to rub the liquid to make it frothing, and then apply the foam to glasses. Foam could clean the glasses gently and completely. Then you could use some soft and fine tissue to dry the glasses tenderly with the same direction. Hope you are satisfied with this answer.

Use your breath to blow any loose dirt or debris from your lenses.
If possible rinse your lenses under a faucet or use lens cleaning spray from a lens cleaning station. If neither available use an alcohol lens cleaning towel to gently clean both sides of the lens.
Wipe the lenses dry with a soft microfiber cloth to remove any streaks or cleaning solution residue.
