NancyYes, it is very possible to feel dryness of eyes because of rosacea. Rosacea is a very common skin condition which mainly affects the people over 30 years old. If you have rosacea, you might have redness on your nose, chin, forehead and cheeks. It is quite possible for some of the rosacea patients to have bumps and pimples on the red parts, which is really bad for lookings. It can also make you feel eyes dry and burning. So far there is proved evidence to show what caused rosacea, yet it seems to run in families. In the past we thought rosacea was caused by drinking too much alcohol, which has been proved to be wrong. But as to people with rosacea, drinking alcohol could make the symptom go worse. So it seems difficult for me to explain why rosacea can make people feel eyes dry, which is obviously an symptom of this condition. Meanwhile there is no cure to rosacea. If the situation is really bad, you can go to doctor, and proper treatment the symptom can be control from going worse.12/10/2012
