I am afraid that iritis does not go away on its own. On the contrary, it gets worse if you do not go to see a doctor as soon as possible. If left untreated, iritis becomes very painful and can lead to vision loss, cataract, glaucoma, corneal calcification, posterior uveitis, cystoid macular oedema and band keratopathy. Treatments of iritis usually involve corticosteroid eye drops, dilating eye drops, oral steroids, subconjunctival steroid injection and steroid sparing agents. In a word, you should ask your ophthalmologist to help prescribe and begin treatment.

Well, in some degree, iritis can go away by itself. But on the other hand, you should know that Iritis is inflammation predominantly located in the iris of the eye. And when you get it, it will just make you have blurred vision, eye pain in your eyes. And that can be dangerous to you. So in my opinion, when you suffer from it, just go and see the doctor as soon as possible. You should take the prescription medications should be used exactly as prescribed. So just take care of it.

You should see the doctor and accept the medical treatment. The iritis will not go away on its own. It is the broken corneal that could heal itself on its own. Iris inflammation is a kind of eye disease. The iris inflammation will be shown with tiny white cells and intraocular small blood vessels which will leak out too much protein. It floats in the iris and between the corneal in aqueous humor outflow if floating cell is too much. They will attack the back of the cornea. It could be happened in one eye or two eyes. The early symptoms of iritis are red eyes, discomfort or pain feeling and so on. It may also cause the eyesight drops slightly. If you go to look in the mirror, you will see the red corneal. With the iritis, you should use the medical care to treat it in serious way. Or else, it will cause other eye problems. You'd better use the eye drops with anti-inflammation role which could kill the invisible bacterium in your eyes.
