Well, generally, to treat your puffy eyes, you should try ice compresses. For example, you can use cold tea bags. You should know that eye puffiness is a type of fluid build-up, which is also known as dropsy in the tissues around your eyes. In many cases, we can also call it as the orbits. Because the skin of the eyelids is the thinnest in the body, it will look like swelling underneath the lids or discoloration. In common, the cool teabag actually has a slightly astringent effect as well. Also, over consumption of salt, which causes fluid retention, allergies or infections that can cause inflammation, leading to puffy eyes.

Due to some particular reasons, our eyes would be puffy, and it would be wise for you to apply cold compressor within 24 hours, after that, you should use warm compressor to deal with your eyes. Also, you should get some vitamin pills to take, and get more rest. In addition, try to have a balanced diet.

Ice compress should be better to reduce the puffiness of eyes. There are many ways to reduce puffiness you can take into consideration. Drinking more water is the easiest way to reduce puffiness. You get puffiness because there are too much salt staying in your body. You need to take more water to flush it out. Eight cups of water is needed for each person. Cucumber slices are very popular mask used to reduce puffiness by many people. Most component of cucumber is water, so it could help supplying water to the thirsty skin. It can make you look refreshed. For me, I like do a little massage with massage oil ( wheat germ oil or vitamin E oil), which could help circulation around eyes and absorbing ot water and nutrition. This is very helpful. No matter you have puffiness or not, you should do this regularly. It can also help reduce wrinkles. Hope this is helpful to you.
