Well, I can see that you are worried about presbyopia and the inconvenience it could bring to you. So,as a matter of fact, it seems to be inevitable. However, there are indeed some things we could do to slow the pace of its emergence or its level. First, please try to blink more, also try to wash your eye lids before sleeping with cold water. And try to get more vitamin pills on a regular basis. In a word, proper use of eyes could help you relieve the symptom.

I am afraid that no measure can be taken to prevent presbyopia, and presbyopia is inevitable. Although no one wants to experience presbyopia and welcome it, it falls on everybody when people arrive the age of around 40. And even those who have never suffered from any eye problem before can not escape from presbyopia. But when the time really comes, we also can deal with it, we can wear eyeglasses with bifocal or progressive addition lenses, reading eyeglasses is also a good choice.

Well, yes, when people age, it is normal to have presbyopia and it is also inevitable. So this is the common sense you should know. Also, generally speaking, when someone gets Presbyopia, he finds it difficult to read small words at close distances or to work on the computer for long periods of time. According to some researches, presbyopia generally stem from a gradual thickening and loss of flexibility of the natural lens inside your eyes. And it is hard for the eye to focus up close. And then the presbyopia can occur. To prevent it, you can try some lutein, which is helpful for presbyopia. So a certain dietary intake or daily supplement with lutein would be essential.
