Yes, it is possible for you to get eye floaters in the eyes because of the eye trauma. It is the coming bacterium that causes the eye floaters easily. You could use the eye drops to release the symptom. If it doesn't work, you could go to see the doctor to accept the medical treatment which will treat the eye floaters quickly.

Well, yes, eye trauma can lead to eye floaters in some degree. Eye trauma can lead to cataracts. And it can be annoying to have them. Floaters are basically little blobs of protein that float through the hollow sphere which is filled with a thick, gel like fluid known as the vitreous humour. For the treatments, you should take some ways to protect your eyes from further injury. Also, you should know that proper nutrition can prevent new eye floaters. So you can eat as many water and vitamin rich vegetables as possible. Also, trying some ways to make your eyes have enough breath is also effective. Anyway, you can just have a try.
