My mom has dark circles and so do I. so far, I have no idea of removing them, but improving them. I call it "dark circle plan" and have done it for 3 months continuously. The color of dark circles gets light, but cannot be remove completely. Now, I can tell you what the plan is: 1. Diet. eat vegs and fruits containing with vc, no coffee or cigarette. 2. Exercise. Jogging or other aerobics, and eye exercise. Stimulate blood circulation of body, esp. eye area. 3. Rest. Have enough sleep and ensure the quality of sleep. Well, it looks really simple and easy. Good luck! I do not recommend surgery, the dark circles may come back because of hereditary.

You could also do other home remedies like the massage or adoption of the oil essentials. However, their treatment effects are not better than the surgery. You could choose the suitable way to treat your dark circles under the eyes.
