  Get red eyes always happen for those patients after having corneal transplant. Following your doctor's suggestion take your eye medicines or use the eye drops as directed; Do not rub your eyes even your eyes feel itching; Avoid get something into eyes because it's bad for your eyes recover; Avoid lifting heavy stuff or do much exercise.   There may be a lot of side effects after the corneal transplant, including the red eyes. You should better not use the eye drops which may contain the medical care. You could use the warm compress to make the eyes feel comfortable. This is the easy way. You could also have the good rest for the eyes to let the eyes get recovery soon.
