If you have the insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables and often eat refined flour, the gluten may stay in the small intestine for a long time. It may get through the digestive tract wall into the blood and appear gluten allergy. Then your eyes may easily get dry. You need to do something to get rid of the dry eyes. You could use the eye drops with anti-inflammation to moisture your eyes. You could also use the warm compress to make your eyes become moisture. There are many ways for you to do to protect the eyes. You should keep the good diet and eat more vegetables and fruits to make you healthy at both eyes and body.
