First you should know ,not only does this eyelid muscle spasm feel strange, it also becomes distracting as it interrupts your vision. So do something to stop it immediately is so important . If you take coffee too much,so you need to decrease your caffeine intake. Too much caffeine is an identified cause of eyelid twitches, and by eliminating or minimizing caffeine from your diet, you can naturally stop the muscular spasms. Another reason may be the lack of sleep, then you need to get more sleep. If you don't know the reason, you need replenish your body with zinc supplements, which will help you relieving your eye muscle.

There are different reasons for eye twitches and different easy remedies for them: 1. Stress. If you are under great pressure when you are experiencing an eye twitch, that stress is maybe the reason. Then try your best to relax and reduce the stress. 2. Caffeine or alcohol intake. If you take in a large number of caffeine or alcohol, it may also cause eye twitches. You just need to cut back the amount of caffeine or alcoholic beverages instead of stopping drinking. 3. Fatigue. Your body will take response if you are feeling tired and eye twitch may happen. Under this condition, try to take more sleep and relax, that will help to get rid of eye twitch. 4. Dry eyes. People who work with computers, people who wear contact lenses, and people on certain types of medication may get eye twitches. It's the same as the elderly people. Try eye drops, or go to see your ophthalmologist.

Your eyes twitches may be caused by the lots of use in front of the computers with little rest. You could just use the eye drops to release the symptom. The eye drops with anti-inflammation could help you reduce the invisible bacterium in the eyes. You could also use the warm compress to make the eyes keep moisture. You just protect your eyes and stop the eyes twitches.

Well, for your situation, I have to say that your twitching eyes can be related with eye infection.Twitching eyes can be a sign of eye infection. So you should also try some other ways to treat it. For example, you can just have some eye drops. Also, you can just try acupuncture which can help to treat a lot of eye diseases, including twitching eyes. so you can just have a try.
