Well, dry eyes don' t cause broken blood vessels. There are several factors which can lead to broken blood vessels. For instance, tired eyes, which will lead to redness first and further turn into broken blood vessels. A pregnant woman can also have this situation. And when you are coughing badly, you may also experience broken blood vessels. What' s more, sometimes hypertension will make this happen, too. Just try to make yourself relaxed and it will be much better for you. Don' t burden yourself with too much pressure. Of course there are still some pathological reasons such as diabetes, infections, trauma and bleeding disorders. And some medication factors can not be ignored, too. Believe me, dry eyes will not lead to broken blood vessels. The best solution for you is to find a good doctor. Hope this worked.
