Milk is very moist and mild, it won't harm our eyes if we soak our eyes with milk. So you can do that when your eyes get itchy, However, you need to clean your eyes after doing that, because the deposit of milk may lead to more serious problems. Even though it can smooth our eyes the help people dealing with itchy eyes, I don't think this is the best way. I think artificial tears can be better, because it's more convenient using and professional.
