Does apple cider vinegar really work for eye puffiness?

I heard that apple cider vinegar can help people with puffy eyes. Can you tell me how can i use it to reduce the puffiness?

    Yes, it can work. There are many benefits of apple cider vinegar on eyes. The acidic nature of apple cider vinegar is helpful for eliminating those tired, puffy eyes. By the way, never use cider vinegar on the eyes straight from the bottle. You need to dilute it. For example, put one teaspoon only of organic apple cider vinegar into half a cup of water.
