Don't get her the OTC eye drops and you may make it worse. Take her to the pediatrician and see what they recommend.

IOn fact, it is really difficult to stare at the sun unless you wear sunglasses or polarized sunglasses. That because the brilight light usually make people can't open the eyes. Anyway, it is not good for eyes to stare at the sun.

Can 3d glasses make you blind?

No but I have experienced a lot of 3-D movies and it seems to make it blurry and hard to focus on if it comes too close to your eyes. so if it starts to get blurry close your eyes so it doesn't give you a headache
