What are cautions or advices on first-time contacts users?

If you have never wear contact lenses, you need some time to adapt it. The first time, you shall not wear contact lenses for than 2 hours. And the second time, you can try to wear it last for 4 hours. And the the third time, you can try to wear it last for 6 hours, and the fourth time, you can wear them for 8 hours... To keep your eye healthy, you shall not wear contact lenses over 12 hours a day.

After a while of reading with or without glasses , when I look in the distance I feel a little fuzzy?

I have mild myopia so I can't see things in the distance clearly. I bought a pair of glasses to help correct my vision problem. But I will take off my glasses when I want to read. You can take off your glasses to read books next time if you also have mild myopia. After reading, I will put on my glasses, so I can see things in the distance clearly.

What does it mean if the whites of my eyes are blue?

If the whites of your eyes are blue, you'd better go to see a doctor to find the exact reason that cause blue sclera because there are many causes for this problem. Blue sclera occurs because of thinness and loss of water content and it is associated with some problems. Sometimes it has something to do with high urine excretion. The blue sclera sometimes means skeletal disorders. Whatever it means, you should go to see the doctor to have a comprehensive exam.

What are cool sunglasses for big cheeks?

When we choose sunglasses, we need to choose one that suits ourselves. As everyone is different, purchasing appropriate style according to face shape only can achieve the modified purpose. But how to pick in the end? I think if your goal is to make the face look smaller then the lens you can choose a little bigger or a little wide. In this way, your face can be seen smaller. And for the color, you can choose the deep color, dark brown is OK. These glasses can make you cooler. But at last, the one you like is the best.

Do I need computer glasses if I spend a lot time in front of the computer?

Make sure you do need them. If you can see the computer screen clearly, you don't have to wear glasses. If you want to keep from eye strain, then take frequent breaks from the computer to give your eyes enough rest and you should sit far enough away from the screen.

What to do if you get hydrochloric acid in your eye?

I don't suggest you do to this because the sun lights are too strong which will damage your eyes. And it is easily for your eyes to get infection which may become red after the laying in a sun bed. You should wear a pair of sunglasses with uv coating part to protect your eyes which will at the same time make your eyes feel comfortable.

Does glaucoma cause itchy eyes ?

Well, yes, glaucoma can just lead to itchy eyes, so you need to pay more attention to it. First, you should know that glaucoma actually is related to a group of diseases and it can cause damage to the optic nerve as a result of increased pressure within the eye. According to some researches, glaucoma can be caused by a severe eye infection, injury, blocked blood vessels or inflammatory conditions of the eye. So when it occurs, your eyes can be red, even itchy. For your situation, some lutein can be used. Also, just be careful about eye infection.

Why do I always have bloodshot when I am tired?

Yes, I once have the high eye pressure during my first time to take the plane. It feels like the eyeballs will go out. The temperature at the eyes is high which will not feel comfortable. It is said that the eyes infection caused by the wearing of the contact lenses by mistake will cause the high eye pressure, too. Eyes are the important part of the body. You should take care of it carefully.
