  • Of course you can. Most of the lenses can block UV rays more or less, but a UV protection coating can give you 100% protection.

  • I think the 0.25 difference will not matter much. But if you feel any discomfort,go to visit your doctor.

  • It is okay to wear contacts to read, as your contacts in properly wear and use. However, long time's read and eyes use will damage your eyes. The contact lenses will need tears to keep it soft. So please take care that the lenses use please does not over eight hours one day to let your eyes relax. Washing your contact lenses with solution after the use and keep clean of your hands when you wear or pick it up or your eyes will get inflammation. Pay attention to the light when you read. Keep the contacts wet after use. Relax your eyes 10 minutes every 40 minutes' reading. No worries at all!

  • Puffy eyes can result from illness, hangovers, hormone fluctuations, allergies, and, yes, exhaustion. They can be itchy, red, and swollen to the point of discomfort. For some people, puffy or baggy eyes are a hereditary trait, and must be accepted as such. Aloe Vera gel is a popular treatment for skin conditions known for its soothing and moisturizing benefits. You can use creams or moisturizers that contain aloe vera, or you can use aloe vera in a pure and natural gel form to soothe and diminish your puffy eyes.

  • Squint equals to amblyopia, which means the diminished vision in one eye or the other. In most cases, the squint is resulted from imbalance of the muscles controlling movement of eyes. There are six muscles there working together to control it. So normally squint surgery is to adjust the muscles and gain the balance and alignment. Most people experienced blurry or double vision after the squint surgery. It is very common and temporary. Every time you move your eyeball you might fell headache and the pulling sensation, but it is not severe and it won't last long. The headache would go away after several days. Don't worry too much. You could get some pain medication over the counter. Have a good rest and don’t take any heavy activities within weeks.

  • Yes, it is possible for you to get sunburned eyes on a cloudy day because of the coming uv rays. The radiation of the uv rays will cause the damage of your eyes. You'd better wear the sunglasses when you go out, especially in summer. If you get the sunburned eyes, you could use the warm compress as the home remedies to protect your eyes to make them feel comfortable.

  • If you only concern the UV protection, they can be considered as protective equipment as they can block UV rays which can damage parts of the eye and could cause cataracts.

  • It is really hard to choose as neither of them is a good choice for you. For me, I would choose contacts cuz the big goggles on my face would always stop me from moving freely and I can't see clearly through edge of the lens.

  • Ok, It sounds like you are very interested in different types of sunglasses. And as a matter of fact clip on sunglasses is a great option for you, because it would have less impact on your nose, making them free feel any time. And they could avoid sweat getting onto your glasses. In a word, its advantages outnumbers its disadvantages. Just go and get a pair of them at Walmart vision center or somewhere else.

  • Some kinds of pink eye will go away in three to seven days, but some need treatment. So I suggest you to see the eye doctor first. It is not difficult to avoid being infected by pink eye. As a patient, you must wash your hand after touching the eyes, which can minimize the spread of the disease. As a healthy person, you must wash your hands too. You can use antibacterial hand sanitizer or wash your hands with soap. You must get yourself away from the area which has allergens. Remember that avoid touching your eyes directly is very important. Do not share towels, pillows, washcloths, glasses, eye drops, with others especially when he or he is a patient.
