Yes, gluten can be harm to your eyes. According to some researches, gluten can lead to the dark circles under your eyes, because of the Gluten intolerance, which can be related to the immune system. It is a common question for ophthalmologists and optometrists asked by patients who have mild symptoms of allergies, but would like to be able to wear contact lenses. There are usually options available for people who would like to avoid the visibility of constantly wearing glasses. Some of these options include the excellent and non-sedating anti-histamine medications that can control mild allergies for many people. Many of these medications are even available over the counter, such as the generic versions of cetirizine or loratadine. Other options are also available that can be more targeted to symptoms of the eyes, some of which do require prescriptions. In any case, however, the best thing to do is to talk to your doctor to find out which options are right for you. He or she will help you be able to achieve the results that you want. An eye doctor, ophthalmologist or optometrist will best be able to help you get the answer that you need. Please speak with your doctor about your question, and good luck!
Well, yes, anxiety can lead to photophobia. Generally speaking, people with depression, pain, high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis will easily have photophobia. So when you have anxiety, it will lead to high blood pressure. And then the photophobia will occur. So just control your emotion. Also, photophobia is eye discomfort in bright light. And if you get it, it can be dangerous and annoying. By the way, severe photophobia may occur with eye problems and can cause severe eye pain even in relatively low light. T burns to the eyes or corneal abrasion and even some medicines can lead to photophobia. Anyway, just be careful about it.
Regular eye exams are critical for detecting glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, cataracts and diabetic retinopathy. Before your eye exam, the eye doctor or an offices staff member will take your medical and vision history. You%u2019ll likely have the eye tests such as eye muscle movement test, cover test, external exam and papillary reactions, visual acuity test, radioscopy and refraction testing.
In my own opinion, you'd better not do this at the same time by wearing the contact lenses and the reading glasses which will be bad for your eyes. If you don't use the contact lenses as the vision help, you'd better not wear it because it may make your eyes become dry. And your eyes may get high possibility of infection.
