  • I have tried the photochromic lense glasses. The color of the lenses can change according to the amount of the sunlight. If I am in the outside, the lenses will be totally dark. But after I enter into a dark house, a few seconds later the lenses will become transparent.

  • Skiers and target shooters will prefer to yellow lenses, because yellow lenses can work well in low light and they can reduce haze. If you want to choose the light tint color, yellow lenses are a good choice. Besides, they can increase contrast for a sharper image. And the yellow lenses can match with your brown frame too.

  • I couldn't give you a clearly answer. You know, it depends on the degree of trauma with your eyes. If only minor injuries, generally about one week could be recovered. But if serious injuries, it will be take a long time to heal. May be one month, perhaps two months. In any event, I hope we could take care of our eyes, the best is not get any injured.

  • Well, generally speaking, in the first week after the surgery, you are not supposed to do some exercises, such as basketball or golf. And it can be dangerous for your eyes. As we know that after the cataract surgery, your eyes can be very fragile, so it can be hurt when you have the exercises. Also, if you use your eyes too much, that will lead to eye strain. And in some cases, it can be dangerous. So you should follow the things the doctor has told you. Besides, For example, you should avoid eye injuries by wearing a protective shield at night and with naps until you are advised by your doctor. Also, you should remember not sleep on the side of the operated eye for the first night. In addition, if your eyes have been infected by some viruses, you should go and see an eye doctor as soon as possible.

  • Some people with photophobia are born to be. However, the allergies will cause the photophobia too. Photophobia is a symptom of disability of tolerance to visual perception of light. It is a medical symptom. Besides as a morbid fear or phobia, photophobia is an experience of discomfort or pain to the eyes due to light exposure. It is a presence of actual physical photosensitivity of the eyes. It is not suitable to meet with the lights which will make eyes feel uncomfortable and pain. There are many reasons to cause the photophobia. When there is too much light entering the eye which is damaged, such as with corneal abrasion and retinal damage, the pupil is unable to constrict normally. Such the eyes will be damaged at the oculomotor nerve. If you have the keratitis which is not cured, your eyes will be feared when meeting with the strong lights outside which will hurt your eye nerves. In addition, the overstimulation of the photoreceptors in the retina may cause the photophobia too.

  • If you are still young, you may need glasses. Go to have an eye exam and get a pair of glasses to see how it feel.It can't be cancer, don't worry too much.

  • The corneal is a layer of transparent film on the front of the eyeball. It often exposed in the air, so it would get more chance of virus infection than other issues of eyes. As reasons for the corneal ulcer, when the trauma or corneal hurt as well as trachoma complication symptom happens, the virus and bacterials get into the inner of corneal, the corneal ulcer will be reduced. As for the signs of corneal ulcer, the rete vasculosum will get expanded and congestion on the edge of corneal, it named ciliary congestion. The infiltration of corneal will happen at the same time by the invasion of white blood cell. When the infiltration get heavy, the issues of corneal get degeneration, necrosis, or drop, it will become corneal ulcer. The corneal abrasion just a normal trauma that caused by outer factor of clashing. It is not caused by the reason of virus and bacterials. The most differences between the two disease is if it will infiltration, the corneal ulcer will cause corneal get degeneration, necrosis, or drop. They are different!

  • According to your prescription, of course, you can get high index lens with semi rimless glasses because that your prescription is not that high. If your PX power is very strong, then the lenses will be pretty thick even with polished edges. Semi-rimless glasses will show the full lenses on the bottom so you will be able to tell that the lens is thick when someone looks at you. With full frame glasses you won't be able to tell that the lenses are as thick because the frame hides the lenses. But with your prescription, it is ok for you wear use semi-rimless glasses.
