Floaters can be divided into physiological floaters and pathological floaters. Although the cause of the physiological floaters is difficult to find out, but the treatment of physiological floaters do not need any medication. The cause may be excessive use of eyes, long-term psychological depression. The causes of pathological floaters are very complex, it is caused by high myopia, inflammation or bleeding in the internal part of eyeball due to physical trauma.
Putting contact lenses on: step by step. STEP 1: Thoroughly wash and dry your hands with soap and a clean towel. STEP 2: Rinse your lens with solution to remove any trace of debris. Tip: To avoid mixing up your contact lenses, always apply and remove the lens for your RIGHT eye first. STEP 3: Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Be sure the lens is correctly oriented by checking the inside–out marker. STEP 4: Use your other hand to hold your upper eyelid so you won't blink. STEP 5: Pull down your lower eyelid with the other fingers of your applying hand. STEP 6: Look up at the ceiling and gently place the lens on the lower part of your eye. STEP 7: Slowly release your eyelid and close your eye for a moment. STEP 8: Blink several times to center the lens. You're all set. STEP 9: If your lens feels uncomfortable, remove it and inspect for damage or debris. If it's damaged, discard it. Otherwise, rinse with more solution and reapply.
Since your eyes are itchy and red, you probably have eye infections of inflammation. The possible inflammations are Blepharitis, conjunctivitis, corneal ulcers (ulcers on the outer cover of the eyes) and uveitis. If you have Blepharitis, your eyelash will swell along the eyelid. Conjunctivitis is usually known as "pink eye" and it is an infection of the tissue connecting the eyelids and conjunctiva. Corneal ulcer is caused by bacterial or viral infection on the outer cover of the eye. Uveitis causes a swelling uvea due to autoimmune disorder, infection or toxins. When you have this uncomfortable feeling, you should consult a doctor as soon as possible to get timely treatment.
Well, generally speaking, it is very common to have bloodshot eyes after exercise, especially the Cardio exercise. And you should know that Cardio exercise by itself should not cause either bloodshot eyes or red eyes. And an external irritant and an underlying systemic disorder can be the causes after cardio workout. For example, when you have cardio workout, it can lead to high blood pressure. And the high blood pressure can lead to high eye pressure and bloodshot eyes. So you should just be careful about it. Besides, there are also some other common causes include straining during exercise and irritants such as dust or sweat. Anyway, a heavy pressure can cause the blood vessels of the eye to burst. That can be bloodshot eyes.

A chalazion, also known as a meibomian gland lipogranuloma, is acyst in the eyelid that is caused by inflammation of a blocked meibomian gland, usually on the upper eyelid. It is subacute and usually painless nodules. That is just the differences between eye stye. Topical antibiotic eye drops or ointment are sometimes used for the initial acute infection. While tea bags cannot heal chalazion thoroughly, but they still help with reducing the severe condition. Put wet tea bags on your chalazion for 8 minutes, and then massage some tea tree oil on them. You may feel good gradually.
It is a waste of money for anti-glare.You just need to train yourself to look away from the monitor to let your eyes refocus at distance every few minutes.Keep your monitor at least 28 inches away from you also.Every 5 or 6 minutes, just look away, around the room for maybe 20 seconds , that's all it takes. It becomes second nature pretty soon to.
Well, of course, minor eye infection can be kind of dangerous. So you need to pay more attention to it. First, you should know that minor eye infection can generally be caused by bacteria, viruses or environmental agents, such as pollens and other irritants. For the symptoms, your eyes will feel itchy, red, burred, when minor eye infection occurs. For your situation, I have to remind you that you should not rub your eyes with your finger, or it will just make your eyes suffer more serious. To treat it, you can put some tea bags on the eyes, for tea bags contain a high concentration of the chemical epigallocatechin gallate, which acts as an anti-inflammatory agent that can relieve symptom. Anyway, just have a try.
Scar tissue in the eyes will not cause painful sensation. But it will bring other problems such as seeing dark spot in the vision, blurred vision, double vision and even total blindness. So you should take it seriously. However, the scar tissue can be removed by some kinds of surgery. Vitrectomy is one of these surgeries, in which the microsurgical tools insert to eyes to remove the scar tissue. Membranectomy can be applied to deal with the scar tissues firmly adhering to a part of the eye. In some cases, visco-dissection that detaches the scar tissue from the healthy tissue can be used. For the condition in which the scar tissue attaches to the lenses, lensectomy is the best choice.
You'd better not wear contact lenses after vitrectomy in a short time. As far as I am concered, the purpose of vitrectmony is for the treatment for flashes or floaters. And vitrectomy may be indicated for severe hemorrhaage and substantially diminished visual acuity, especially if it persists longer than 3 months. So the best way is to take a good rest and avoid using any contact lenses, or your eyes may cause infection, then some other eye problems, such as pink eye and eye itching will occur.
