  • Oh, i am sorry to heard it. Do you still feel pain right now. If so, apply cold compress to help you reduce pain. Then, check your eyes with mirror if it is badly hurt. Check if the nail cause scratches on the surface of the eyes. If it does, you'd better consult an eye doctor what can you do right now to help the eyes. If not, it is a good news that your eyes may not got serious damages by nail. Good luck.

  • Sorry to hear that, I will give you some suggestions, may you be well soon. Don't wear your contact lenses, because wearing your contact lenses will slow the healing process and could cause complications. Moreover, don't rub your eyes. You may be tempted to do so, but rubbing your eye can make the abrasion worse. However, if you are in a bad situation, you'd better go to the hospital.

  • My mum has a pair of scratched reading glasses. There are so many deep scratches on the lenses. Once I suggested her to throw them away and bought a pair of new reading glasses. She said that she seldom used them so she didn't need to buy a pair of new reading glasses. But I think she is not right. The scratched glasses will blur our vision and we can't see things clearly. This may lead to eye strain. If the scratches on your glasses are also very deep, they can't be removed. I suggest you to throw them away and buy a pair of new glasses. You can buy a pair of glasses online because the glasses sold online are much cheaper than that in local eyeglasses stores.

  • I have seen many guys wearing rimless glasses and they look more attractive.Whether you should wear rimless glasses only depends on your own style. You'd better go to an optical store to choose a pair of rimless glasses and try them on.Then you can know whether the rimless glasses look good on you.If you don't believe in yourself, just ask a girl for advice when you try them on.

  • Sunglasses themselves are designed to prevent ultraviolet ray and protect our eyes. Of course, we know that sunglasses are mainly used outdoor to prevent ultraviolet damaging our eyes ,but ,indoor, there is almost no ultraviolet. So, we do not need to wear them. Besides, the light here is dark, if you wear sunglasses, eyes will be very uncomfortable for a long time. Therefore, suggest you do not do that, after all, most people have not.

  • You should go to see your optician and ask him to help you remove the stuck lens immediately. Try also inserting some contact lens solution or sterile saline to see if you can move it by washing it out.

  • Well, pink eye is inflammation of the thin, clear covering of the white of the eye and the inside of the eyelids. And generally speaking, conjunctivitis can have several causes. But on the other hand, in common, pink eye can refer only to viral conjunctivitis, which is a highly contagious infection caused by a variety of viruses. When it occurs, watery, itchy eyes, sensitivity to light can be possible. To treat it quickly, you can apply a cold, wet washcloth to the eyes several times a day with cold compresses, which can relieve symptoms. Also, antibiotic eye drops or ointments can be effective too.

  • Rubbing our eyes during sleep will not cause big problems. It is just an instinctive reaction. If our eyes are dry, we want to give our eyes a good rubbing. If our eyes are itchy, we want to rub them too. I saw my nephew rub his eyes during his sleep. It is so cute and funny. But if you are still worry about this, you can tell your doctor the symptoms such as red eyes or swollen eyes your baby has besides rubbing his eyes. Doctor can tell you whether he gets an infection or it is just a reaction.

  • Generally speaking, a lasik surgery is intended for people who have got nearsightedness instead of for people who got double vision. As to double vision, which is another name for diplopia, if your double vision is caused by weak eye muscles or by a muscle which has been pinched as a result of injury, then a surgery, which is different from a lasik surgery, may help. If your double vision is caused by graves' disease, it is often curable with surgery or medical therapy, which is also different from a lasik surgery. If the double vision is caused blood sugar in diabetes, it can be controlled with medicines and insulin. Therefore, you should go to the doctor's to find out the exact cause of your double vision, so that you can apply the correspondent treatment.

  • In fact, there is no significant evidence to prove that anemia may lead to bad vision. As far as I know, severe anemia may only make you feel dizzy for a while, and that's not like what you discribe. Personally I suggest you to go to your eye doctor's and have your eyes examined.
