General Impression:

Don't waste your time or money with this store. I broke my glasses and needed a replacement FAST - even though Lenscrafters does not accept my insurance, I figured the convenience was worth the higher prices. I chose the frames and lenses, PAID by debit card, and then was told the lens machine "was broken" and they didn't know how long it would be down. I was leaving town and asked for a refund or for my order to be transferred to another store to be picked up later. I asked if they had a store in Lima (which was the direction I was traveling), but was told NO by the manager Barry, even though it's listed online. I was also told by "Barry" that they could void my order but the hold would stay on my checking account for up to a week until the void cleared. Arrghh. I don't have an extra $350 in my checking account to get glasses somewhere else!

The person who waited on me, Sheree, said she would call if the machine was up within an hour or if another store could make my glasses. She NEVER called back. I called the number for the Lima store listed online, and they DO exist, even though Mansfield said they didn't. The woman in Lima was very nice but said all the information on my prescription, lenses, and frames had been erased out of the computer, so they couldn't make my glasses, either. I called the Mansfield store back and was told they were busy and would call me back in 20 minutes. 35 minutes later, there was still no call so I called again. They said the machine was fixed but now they couldn't make my glasses unless I came back in to pay which I can't do (because of their previous hold on my checking account) which is tying up my money. The only way I can get glasses now is to wait for their hold on my checking account to clear and GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. Don't waste your time or money on this charade. They do not care about customers at all; is this the type of company you want to spend your money with?

  • Actually, conjunctivitis is most commonly caused by viral infection. However, bacterial infections, allergies, other irritants and dryness also cause its occurrence. Pink eye means some bacteria and viruses can spread easily from person to person, but is not a serious health risk if diagnosed promptly. Here we classify pink eye as viral infection and bacteria infection. Viral conjunctivitis is due to adenovirus, which is the most common cause of viral conjunctivitis. The most common causes of acute bacterial conjunctivitis are staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus pneumonia, and haemophilus influenza. Although pink eye can be fine in seven days with out any medical treatment, you still need to pay attention to it in that pink eye is the basic factor to cause other eye problems. And pink eye will spread person to person, so in order to spread it to others and get worse, you'd stay at home.

  • No it isn't. We often turn lights off while watching TV, which will make us focus on the TV screen only and then we can see more clearly. I don't think it will harm my vision.

  • After you take the squint surgery, it is normal for you to get double vision as the side effect because of the dryness of the eyes. If you treat it well with the good care, it will be temporary and be recovered soon. You need to have the good rest for the eyes. You could use the eye drops to moisture the eyes. In addition, you could also use the warm compress to release the symptom.

  • Well, good for you. So, as a matter of fact, you should know that subconjunctival hemorrhage is only a symptom, not a disease. Actually, there are a lot of diseases and disorders that could give rise to subconjunctival hemorrhage. However, if one person gets subconjunctival hemorrhage, his eyes will appear to have got a red spot in the eyes, which is very awful and serious. Your classmate needs to get some immediate medical care before it is too late.

  • There are bifocal contacts for people who wear bifocal glasses. soft multifocal contacts can also correct astigmatism by using a toric lens design. But you are required to have an eye exam for wearing contacts.

  • I hope I can guess your meaning right . Are you talking about the designers name on the lens when you see them at the store but you don't like them on it ? They are just the lemo eyeglasses , when you order them ,they will not appear on the lens .don't worry .

  • Ok, it is true that smoking is one of the most terrible habits we might have, which might give rise to a lot of health problems with us. And by smoking , we tend to get decreased vision, and yellow eyes in the long run. Anyway, try to smoke less is the most effective means of protecting your eye health. Trust me. Also, you should get healthy foods and exercise on a regular basis.

  • It won't. You needn't worry about this question. Besides, 20% grey gradient tint is really are very light tint that won't change the color of things. Even though you wear 80% grey gradient tinted sunglasses, you can see the original shape and color. Of course, wearing too dark sunglasses reduce the shinning light meanwhile make primary colors look darker.

  • Yes, of course, you can do it. Because of their soft lenses, it will be safer than the normal eyeglasses. As you know that they have many advantages. First, it will not get infected easily. Second, they will not slide down your nose. Also, they can not make you get hurt like the eyeglasses which are easy to break. In other words, contact lenses can free you from some of the problems associated with eyeglasses. On the other hand, you should pay attention to your sweat which can do harm to the contact lenses.
