This place is AWFUL and provides TERRIBLE service! When I called to make an appointment I made sure they took my insurance. I told the girl I needed a contact lens exam. She told me my co-pay would be $10. My HR person at work also confirmed this. I get there and of course they were running behind. My exam took almost 2 hours from the time I got there until the time I left. When I got to the desk to pay, they said my total was $50! I told the gentleman at the desk that it was suppsoed to be $10 and that both a person at his office and my HR manager confirmed that..I even pulled my policy up on my phone and he looked at it and told me I still had to pay $50. I was flaming mad, I could not believe it. On top of that, I returned to work Monday to tell my HR manager about what happened. She asked me to get a breakdown of the costs from the Dr.'s office....
