About Spec's Optical
When I put on my first pair of progressive lenses from Spec’s Optical, I thought that I was looking through clear glass. I was able to read very small print and see clearly at all distances without having to hunt for a sweet spot in the lens. I quickly realized that this optical product was of a quality I had never previously encountered. The break in period was less than one hour.
I highly recommend Steven Pitman and Spec’s Optical.

Yes, a fever can cause water eyes. The reason why watery eyes appear is because the blocked tear ducts or excessive production of tears. On one hand, when your tear ducts are narrowed or blocked tears, it will not be able to drain away tears and as a result it build up the tear sac. When this tear sac appears, the risk of getting infection is increasing. The eyes will automatically produce a stick liquid and get the problem worse. This infection may cause nose inflammation as well. On the other hand, when your eyes are irritated, they will produce more tears than it used to do. When this happens, our body will tend to get rid of this irritant. So our eyes produce more tears. There are association between eye irritation and fever, so when you have a fever, your eyes will irritated at the same time. Then watery eyes appear.

Swimming is great exercise. Swimming pools contain many chemicals and potential contaminants. Chlorine and other chemicals are added to pool water to control bacteria, while these chemicals also can irritate the eyes. Eye infections and inflammations are widespread among swimmers. So as a swimmer, you can do as following: 1) be careful, when swimming in public pools. Do not swim in a pool with leaf litter. Avoid swimming with large numbers of people. Stay out of swimming pools with small children. Wash before entering the water. Do not change diapers in swimming pools. 2) you can buy goggles for swimming. And you should make sure to keep them for a while. Do not touch the eyes before washing hands with soap. And then clean eyes with drops after swimming. 3)Slow the spread of eye infections with basic precautions. Eye infections, such as pink eye (conjunctivitis), can be transmitted through close contact with an afflicted individual. Stay home. Do not go to swimming pools or other public places if you have an eye infection.
In general, eye twitches are caused by too much stress or a lack of sleep. Maybe the alcohol is just triggering it, and those are the root causes.

It may be puffy, sagging skin underneath your eyes.
