General Impression:

The facility is like a Five-Star Hotel: neat, clean, orderly, and dignifying. The equipment is industry-standard, ultramodern. The procedure is rigorous and thorough. The service is friendly, extremely cordial: from the Receptionist to the specialist. What impresses me most is their personal regard you: not as a number or statistic; not as a patient or client; but, believe me, as a shareholder or the owner of the business. You've got to visit this five-star medical facility to believe it. THAT'S BLACKSBURG EYE ASSOCIATES!

  • I am not sure if the quality of the coating that makes a difference is good or not, on the contrary, that probably makes them more expensive. Go to your optician to ask whether they have these sunglasses, or they can do it for you.

  • Maybe you can't. You mean your reading glasses are bought from over the counter. If so, you can't put prescription lenses in your reading glasses because reading glasses over the counter are ready-made. The lenses of these reading glasses cannot be replaced with new lenses. I think you should get a new pair of prescription reading glasses.

  • First put a good facial moisturiser over the black eye, preferably an eye-moisturiser, but if you have some cooling gel that ppl use for bags after a big night out... that would be the best.
Then basically apply your makeup as normal. It would be better if you had a paler foundation than your actual skin colour because that black is going to show up through the makeup, and the paler the foundation the better. After you have rubbed the foundation in well, if you also have some concealer it would be good to dab some on, and not quite rub it in, but rub it in just enough so you dont see smear marks. Because after than you can seal in the concealer with loose or pressed powder. If its pressed powder its better if you apply it with a brush, (an eyeshadow brush is best) and gently apply.. more like dust a coat over the top. Because you arent going for the perfect perfect look here, basically you just want to reduce that black and purple pigment as best you can, and get an OK look. The only way you are going to completely cover that black eye is with pancake pancake makeup that makeup artists use for TV.

  • When you watch tv, the shining screen will make your eyes feel tired because of the overwork of the visual nerves. You should not watch tv for a long time with little rest. Or else, you may get short sighted. You should protect the eyes carefully which are the very important parts of our body.

  • The symptom of eyes' twitching while sleeping belongs to the epilepsy. If you have this situation only a few times, you should have a good observation. If not, you should go to the doctor to have a check. Then, the doctor will base on your actual situation to give you the right treatment.

  • The most popular brands of photochromic lenses today is owned by Transitions Optical. This is the reason why some people called photochromic lenses "transition" lenses. And Transitions Optical partners with other lens manufacturers to make photochromic versions of their lenses. Besides, Corning Inc also create their first mass-produced photochromic lenses in the 1960s. And right now, their photochromic lenses remain popular today. In addition, LifeRx photochromic lenses are also very popular because their lenses darken in less than one minute.

  • The study shows that the color blind disease can be genetic, usually more men than women. According to your description, you may be color weakness or rare color blind. Color blindness is generally refers to some visually disorders, where the red-green color blind is more common. According to this reason, the color blind corrective lens design and develop, including contact lenses and ordinary wide frame two. Both correction of color blind or color weakness have outstanding results. Invisible color blind glasses because of the better privacy are popular among people. As for specialized treatment of color blind, It can be said that there is not.

  • NO, contact lenses can come in different size. Usually contacts for astigmatism are larger than normal contacts. Also the thickness can be different to fit your eyes because people have different base curves.

  • Frankly speaking, when it comes to choose a pair of suitable pair, two factors need to be taken into consideration. Contrast and proportion are the guide here. If you are fat and have a oblong face, I think the rectangle frames is a nice choice. Never try round or oblong frame which will make you look fatter or rounder. Hope this helpful.

  • Yes, of course. Estrogen is very important in human body. It can not only prevent calcium loss in bone and heart disease for postmenopausal women, according to the reliable reaserches, it can also benefit the eyes. We all know that cataract referring to the opacity of lens is age-related eye disease. Cataract is the leading cause to vision loss or impairment at the same time. It seems no connection with estrogen. But the study shows that women are at higher risk of getting cataract than men who are above 65. And as to women above 65, the ones who take supplement of estrogen are less likely to develop this disease. It is suggestive that estrogen could help keep transparency of lens. Meanwhile the risk increased sharply for women who got menopausal. Estrogen is vital for women, but excessive estrogen is harmful too. If you think you need to take estrogen supplement, you’d better consult a doctor for it.
