  • Indoors and at night, photochromic ("Transitions") lenses are clear, while they darken in response to sunlight. Typically, during the first minute of exposure to sunlight, they will darken significantly, and then continue to darken slightly over the next 15 minutes. For the remainder of time spent in the sun, they will adjust as the light changes. Then, when you go into shade or indoors, they will begin to clear up, becoming significantly lighter in the first five minutes, and then gradually getting lighter until they're completely clear, usually between 10 and 20 minutes after going back inside. The lenses are meant to last as long as the prescription, which is between two and three years. After that, one may notice a residual tint regardless of whether there's sunlight; at this point, the lenses will need to be replaced. However, your lenses would need to be replaced either way at this point, as your prescription would be out of date.

  • You can do it if the frame is in normal size. Generally they will replace the new prescription lenses for you. Just take your glasses and prescription to the nearby optical store.

  • There are various frames for women, different in shapes, styles and size. When you choose a frame, you should take the good fit, comfort and durability into account. I'd like to introduce you the current eyeglass frame trends for women: pretty lady, statement frames, neon bright, oversized oomph and temple grand. • If your contact lenses ripped, you need give up the lenses and buy new contact lenses instead. In fact, i never heard anyone say that contact lenses can be repaired if they are ripped. Besides, most of contact lenses are cheap. It needn't to repair contact lenses. Nowadays, for people who wear contact lenses often buy contact lenses by box. So, just take a new contact lenses. Anyway, constantly change new contact lenses will do better to eyes than who wearing a pair of contact lenses for a long time.

  • Traditional bifocals and trifocals may bring "image jump" since they have sharply defined boundaries between different parts of the lenses. In contrast, progressive lenses offer a smooth and seamless power transition, so that images at varying distances are also smooth and comfortable.

  • I do not know your detailed situation of scratch. But some people will get subconjunctival haemorrhage after the trauma of eyes. There is no need to apply medicine of it, and it will heal by itself for two to four weeks. If you got cornea bruise, you will feel stimulation of photophoby and tears. For this symptom you must use some eye drops or oculentum used as the anti-inflammatory. The bruise of eyelids would be cold compressed to prevent errhysis. Then you would better go to hospital for the check of fracture if have. To check the vision impact or concussion injury or atria bleed, then to take the next step's medical care. Hope you get better soon!

  • I think you may get an infection. Though cold water can contract the vessels which are covered in the inner part of our eyes, it cannot solve the problems. We must have a thorough eye examination before using any medicines. I think your ophthalmologist will recommend medications after they know the underlying causes. Often treatments such as antibiotic eye drops or ointment, artificial tears, saline rinses or antihistamines can help with your symptoms.

  • Of course, it means some problems with your eyes, especially if you don't control the time of using computer. And the time should never exceed 10 hours a day theoretically. To some extent, having been sitting in front of computer screen for a long time may lead to loss of eyesight. The radiation of computer is the direct root which causes this problem and you are easy to get tired eyes or eye strain. Do you feel eye itchy? Or do you feel painful in eye? If you are in these situations, we suggest that you pay attention to eye health. You can take an overlook into distant green trees and blue sky occasionally and have a banana per day. Besides, you can choose to drop some eye drops to relieve the tiredness of eye.

  • I got my Rayban eyeglasses for $220 last year.

It is not a diseases. And black eyes can go away as times goes by. Of course, if you suffered from black eyes in cases, you can apply cold compresses to help you. Besides, taking more vitamine C can help the healing of black eyes.
