But you can pick a pair in your closest size by filtering out suitable eyeglasses. Here are some tips: 1. Check how to measure eyeglasses size  2. Then find the perfect size  If your old glasses are too big/small, you can go up/down 1-2 millimeters (for example 50 to a range of 48-50).
