They snapped randomly at the edge of the frame, I was just waking and they snapped and my lens dropped. I have no idea what happened. I was at work too and I have a very strong prescription so I couldn’t see anything till I got them fix (with nail glue if I may add)

Antireflective option is not working at all

Thanks for your feedback, Anna. If the anti reflective is not working, the possible reason is that your eyes are light sensitive. The purpose of an anti-glare lens is to let more light into the eyes, so you will find that it routes too much for your brain to process and get used to the pair. This situation would cause higher levels of headaches and eye strain for you as well. Upon checking, the glasses that you ordered are Blue-light light blocking glasses. Blue-light blocking lenses have a very light brown/yellow basis with a blue-purple reflective coating. It can effectively block 400 nm-425 nm harmful blue light from computer, phone, tablet and greatly relieve visual fatigue. This lenses also already include the anti-reflective coating. When you take a selfie or any pictures in front of an electronic device a blue-purple reflection will appear on your glasses as it blocks the harmful blue light from reaching your eyes. For your next order, if you opt for normal glasses, we kindly suggest choosing clear lenses with anti-reflective coatings to protect your eyes from unwanted glares. Please don’t worry as well since we offer an extended 60-day return&exchange in which unsatisfied glasses can be exchanged or refunded within 60 days of receiving.
