Question
I am having a hard time popping out the lens, is there an easy way of doing it? I'm scared of breaking the frame.
Evonne on Jan 11 , 2023
Answer
Hi Evonne, is there anything wrong with the glasses? If you want to change the lenses on the frame, it's suggested to go to a local optical store. Firmoo also offers 30-day return&exchange service and also 3-month warranty. Please feel free to contact us if any questions.

Question
Hi. I purchased one before but lenses feel out and i lost it. Can I purchase only lenses without frame?
Jm Blessie on Aug 8 , 2020
Answer
Hi JM, so sorry but we don't offer lens only. Our lenses are offered with a frame as a whole package. We strongly suggest not to do it as the lenses may not be suitable for your old eyeglasses frame if you buy them only, as it is cut and fit to a specific frame. Also, the best service life of the glasses is about one year. The frame may be out of shape or faded by wear and tear from everyday use. Changing the glasses when necessary is good for your vision and looking. If you prefer a new pair, you could apply for the discount you need on this page. Thank you. Stay Safe!heart
