Question
Can I at the glass numbers I want, for example 49-18-140 They are saying a different size
Faye Manley on Mar 16 , 2020
Answer
Hi Faye, each frame has a fixed size and we are unable to customize it. We have different frame suppliers and they have different measuring methods, so we re-measure the frame size and upload it to the website. Therefore, you could rely on the measurement listed on the frame page. We understand that choosing a perfect frame size online can be tough sometimes so we suggest that you could please check this link https://www.firmoo.com/help-p-1.shtml for reference. I also tried to filter similar frame size as you have provided (a 2-3mm difference is acceptable), please check here. I hope this is helpful. Have a nice day!heart

Question
Does this come in a large
Shaneece Allen on Nov 29 , 2019
Answer
Dear customer, all our frames have a fixed size. This frame has a measurement of 52-18-148 in which the 1st is the width of one lens; the 2nd is the bridge distance, and the 3rd is the length of the temple piece that goes behind your ear. Medium refers to the total width of the front of the frame. You can check the actual frame dimension when you click the Frame Fit button. Thank you.heart

Question
Do we have to put the DP? I keep doing the try on picture thing and the frame shows up small and I do not want a small frame.
Lex on Nov 15 , 2019
Answer
Dear customer, PD stands for Pupillary Distance, which is the distance between your pupils in millimeters. PD is very important for accurately fitting your lenses to achieve visual acuity. And regarding the try on function, it is only for style reference, not size. Please check your old frame as size reference. Thank you.

Question
So I have been having bad headaches because I lost my glasses which is on me lol but I was wondering how long my new glasses would take to get here if I'm in the US? Because I read in some comments it took a long time and in others it took almost no time. Thanks for looking at my question and have a good day! :)
Abigail Van Court on Sep 23 , 2019
Answer
Dear Abigail, thanks for your inquiry. For standard shipping, it's 6-10 working days while 5-7 working days for express. Usually, there won't be a delay but it's hard to ensure that 100% due to uncontrollable factors like bad weather, custom clearance, etc. Besides, sometimes China's holidays may have a little effect on shipping, but there will be a notice on our website. You can pay close attention to our website about that. For any problem, pls feel free to start a livechat for faster reply.
