The lenses are great but for the frame, the arms are very soft and I can't adjust them

A bit different than what I expected, due how the glasses were looking on the "Try-on" function - I choose a faceshape similar to mine, however, the frame shape was different than what I thought.
Yet, the glasses still look classy to an extent, I did get compliments. It's just that style was different than what I expected.
However, Firmoo has excellent customer service!

I bought these in tortoise. From the front they look nice. But from the sides the temple part looks cheap because the material seems to be matte gold plastic. Just doesn't look great. I still wear them though and get compliments.
