Hi Greg, thanks for your inquiry. As for the PD, we do recommend you use your correct measurement. PD stands for Pupillary Distance, which is the distance between your pupils in millimeters. PD is very important for accurately fitting your lenses to achieve visual acuity. With this, using any random PD will let you have eye discomforts or eye damage.
